    My account was hacked and because I couldn’t verify the email or phone number they couldn’t help me. The hacker changed that info and I would like to know why that’s allowed to happen without any notification. This app is not secure.. Beware..

    There was a data leak and many people got permanently locked from snap. I have pictures and friends from middle nd high school on there… please help this issue so far sound like a lawsuit. Customer support don’t help either. Please fix this problem other than emails that don’t help nothing. My account is @ty.k2x please fix this

    First they add a grey bar to the bottom which cropped the overall size of the photo which is whatever, then they added a whole bottom notch that it larger and farther up on the screen than the grey bar. What’s the point of having a bigger phone when there’s a notch taking up an inch of my screen on snapchat. What is the purpose for continuing to crop and crop the size of the camera?? Having a bigger phone was nice cuz the camera took up more of your screen but now it’s permanently the size of an iPhone 8 screen for everyone

    so many people are having this bug but it says for me my access to snapchat has been temporarily disabled for repeated activity, but its been 2 weeks and i still dont have my account back.. fix this!
