A good game to kill time. Especially if you are a big Warhammer 40k fan. Not like the table top but a fun way to engage similar to other CRPG games out there within the Warhammer 40k universe. A lot of grinding if you decide you want to play for free without paying to win. But it’s well worth it and doesn’t feel too much like PTW. There is a lot to explore and many rewards still to chase despite having limited amount of character builds and upgrades. The lore is pretty average within the game since it’s not plot driven but the character mechanics are spot on and pretty well diverse. Highly recommended for those who are new or fans of the game. For ULTRAMAR!!!

Can I advise either taking the actual battle play through down by 1 stamina vs it’s raid counterpart? And can I advise a marginally better item obtainment rate if one plays through the battle naturally?

this games great, very quickly become very addictive, and i highly recommend it. been playing daily for half a year now, and theres only 2 major downsides. i really hope the devs see this review. 1st is the massive lack of PVP in the game. the only real PVP currently comes in the way of tournaments, which are great and all, but only available 10% of the time, and locked into a different single game mode each time. this game DESPERATELY needs a readily available PVP with the option to choose game modes, as well as the ability to challenge friends. any friends ive shown the game to, their first question is “how do we battle each other?” and sadly we cant… i truly believe expanding the PVP like this will double this games popularity and make the meta significantly more interesting and lucrative. 2nd is the exponential amount of grinding needed in mid to late game to level each character, coupled with the daily limits of how many times you can actually play/grind each game mode (same issue every other review has pointed out). theres plenty of game modes so its not like u will run out of stuff to play for a few hours a day, but the amount of items for character leveling you can get in a day are definitely capped and that doesn't scale with your level at all. it would be nice if at least daily “energy” to play and raid scaled with exponential amount needed at higher levels. currently the way it is leaves you stuck with a whole bunch of seriously under leveled characters alongside your small group of high leveled characters that you've had to focus all your grinding on. im not even sayin that high levels should be easier to achieve, just that mid to late game it should be easier to bring your collection majority of low leveled and new characters closer to viable levels compared to the level of your tiny group of high leveled favorite characters. if progression curve is exponential the ability to progress cant be completely linear.

If tournament arena is your life blood and you have the pain tolerance of a person with CIP then this game is for you.Yes I love Ragnar with a passion! The tears that drop from the noobs I wail on in tournament arena rejuvenate me and give me the strength I need to thrive in this godforsaken environment Snowprint has created.

Fun at first, then you hit a wall where you have to pay to be able to even play the game. Only the first campaign is free, once you do that it’s over unless you buy the next campaign(s). You have to pay in game currency to do missions and the currency only regenerates with time or money. Awful game don’t waste your time.
  • Good game if you want to spend $200+

Great game, I really enjoyed the gameplay, but practically every fourth action they pushed for you to buy something. Having that option in a free game sure, but you bring up a menu every other time I navigate the ui to buy something? Excessive. I played an hour? Maybe two, and it felt like a quarter of the time I was rejecting a sales pitch. Don’t get me wrong, the quality is high, but so is their thirst for your dollar. They want you to invest a AAA++ price into a game that’s got a $30 indie game with dlc, worth of content. Nothing beyond the basics is earned through gameplay. If you don’t spend money, 80% of the content isn’t available. A pay to win extravaganza.

  • It’s really bad guys

This game is over monetized to an uncomfortable degree. Almost every page starts with an add to spend money and the sheer amount of bundles the game shoves in your face is insulting. It’s gross and unnecessary. On the gameplay side. This game is a mixed bag with difficulty spikes and huge roadblocks for grinding. You’ll be playing along then bam bad guys start one shooting your crew and the only option is to level their armor with an incredibly rare material found in missions you can’t repeat. The progression in this game is poorly explained and even more poorly executed.
