Loser Microsoft will always have the syncing Issue

I don’t know why Microsoft offers 365, when they can’t sync anything. I could not sync my scanned pdf to my office 365 account.
Not user friendly

No instruction, not intuitive, frustrating and annoying, documents disappear
how can this be rated so highly?

The app is fine for scanning a document however it is painful after that. I want my document to be a PDF but instead it comes out as a JPEG. Not obvious where the setting is to make a document a PDF. I want to save the scanned image but it seems to only allow one location. I have 365 and tried to save to a folder in 365 and it ends up in the default location that lens gives it. I sign into 365 while in the app and then when I go and pull the document back up and go to save it to a different OneDrive location nothing appears on the screen. There are no options to navigate around the OneDrive file system. I am going back to using my readle app.
Useful, and safe

I feel like my information is safer on the hands of microsoft than on the hands of other companies with similar apps.

I’m trying to make a pdf file but this app is so lack luster on what is happening. I click a photo then I click it again and that’s all. That’s literally it.
Keeps Disconnecting Issue

This App is handy only when it connects to my Microsoft account. Is there any way to fix the connection ?
Stop making me sign in every time

Love this app. Lots of utility. However it is gross to ask me to sign in every time I want to upload. Is it because I am opting out from sharing usage info and you want a chance to ask again?

Like many Microsoft products Lens produces a good result which is way better than Google.
One of the best apps Microsoft ever did

Way to go, Microsoft… Historically, when you create a good program, you give up on it before it gets popular… I’m glad you gave this one some time to catch on! Hands-down, one of the most convenient hand scanners available. I use it all the time.
