Millions of people have signed up for Bumble to start building valuable relationships, finding friends, and making empowered connections. And now, we’ve been named one of Apple’s 2021 Apps of the Year for connection. Creating new connections has never been easier. Bumble is working to lift the stigma of online dating by employing unprecedented standards for respectful behavior. Because of this relentless dedication, millions of people are using Bumble to build valuable relationships every single day. DATING, FRIENDS & NETWORKING Bumble is at the forefront of matchmaking technology by providing an app that allows users to foster more than just romantic connections. The industry-leading app empowers users to swipe through potential connections across three different modes: - Bumble Date: On Bumble Date, women make the first move. We’ve changed the archaic rules of the dating game so that you can form meaningful relationships in a respectful way. - Bumble BFF: Life is better with friends. Whether you’re new to a city or looking to expand your circle, Bumble BFF is the easiest way to make new friends. - Bumble Bizz: Now we’re in business. Use Bumble Bizz to network, find mentors, and create new career opportunities. Bumble is the first app of its kind to bring dating, friend-finding, and career-building into a single social networking platform. CHANGING THE RULES OF THE GAME At Bumble, women make the first move. In heterosexual matches, the woman has 24 hours to make the first move and the man has 24 hours to respond. In same-sex matches, either person has 24 hours to make the first move, while the other individual has 24 hours to respond, or else, the connection expires. By prompting our users to be bold and make the first move we’ve seen over 3 billion messages sent to date. THE BUZZ IS REAL “Bumble exists to empower women...” (Fast Company) “Bumble is just an app: but it’s changing the discussion.” (Wired) “Bumble offers an alternative that prioritises meaningful connections, with women calling the shots:” (UK Sunday Times) “Bumble rejects hate speech to make users feel safe on its dating app” (Texas Standard) “What makes Bumble different from other dating apps...is its focus on giving women all the power. ” (Business Insider) --- Bumble is free to download and use. However, we also offer optional subscription packages (Bumble Premium and Bumble Boost) and single or multiple-use paid services for which no subscription is required (including Spotlights and SuperSwipes). We offer weekly, monthly, 3 month and 6 month subscriptions giving discounts to the weekly price. The prices may vary per country and are subject to change without notice. I tried this app and I paid for the one day use but it kept on charging me $4 a day. Even after I deleted my account it kept on charging and I cannot find anyway to make it stop. Very annoyed with this app.

If you want to keep men intrigued to keep a conversation going, a simply hello and 3 word responses isn't going to cut it. That's why many of us won't waste our time with some of you cause it's about effort. The more you put in the more we will continue the conversation. It's not like we don't do enough in life for you all when it comes to building the streets you drive on, houses you live in, and any other physical labor in general. Not that hard to use some mental work and show us why you deserve our time over others. Also bumble, you're getting 3 stars strictly because you limit likes so makes someone like me wanna get on less. Do better.
  • Making people pay money

I don’t understand why every app make you upgrade to the premium to use it. Can’t even like people and see who likes you without upgrading. I can understand limiting the amount of likes and messages, but why would you make the customer not be able to do anything?
  • Pay for premium and still get bugged to pay for premium

Swipe, swipe, “hey did you know you can upgrade to premium?”, swipe, swipe, “hey, don’t forget about those super swipes!”, swipe, swipe, “hey did you know you can upgrade to premium?”, “hey, why are you deleting your account?”.

Over the past few months, I’ve moved to a new city and had been using the app for about a few weeks, before I got blocked from using the service for 0 reason. It seems previously when I lived in a different city, I had another account that was active and in my new city, when I created a new account, I might’ve gotten banned for duplicate accounts. I’ve not met anyone in my new city, not talked to anyone extensively, and I’m generally respectful as much as possible. I first reached out to Bumble the week of Valentine’s, never received a response. Secondly, reached out a month later and did not receive a response either. I’ve spent 2 months waiting to receive some sort of information or unblock from Bumble due to a possible account error and Bumble has not responded ever. I used to talk to friends on here that I’d hangout with, meet really sweet and kind women, and now Bumble just decides to block without any explanation or even help? Is this how you treat people on here? Don’t use Bumble if you move or go to a new city. They will never respond as well for any payment, block, reports, or anything. They’re practically the worst out of all dating apps for actual human interaction with customer service.

You would think purchasing premium would get you more matches, but it doesn’t. It gives you unlimited swiping but I swear I got more matches just using it free, probably a change in the algorithm. I assume this since now they have spotlight which you PAY EXTRA to be seen more, just purchasing premium monthly isn’t enough. Of course you get super swipes and once you use those you need to wait a whole week to get 5 or PAY FOR MORE. It’s a gambling software where the more money you put into it,you might hit the rare jackpot and go on a date or Laid but it’s absolutely not worth it imo.

The last three times I’ve opened the app I’ve been presented with two full screens of pay walls that have the tiniest X possible. They want you to pay for their over priced features that frankly offer zero incentive to use. Trash app, trash UI, trash people on the app. Thanks for coming to my Ted talk
  • Why blur people before in app purchases?

So many scams these days. Its a risk paying for this app even with all features unlocked. I tried the paid version and it’s like women are window shopping and scamming men more than they use the site for actually dating. So to build on that: why would someone be more inclined to pay your subscription when the most fundamental aspect of your app is blurred???? I want to see who liked me first before dropping tons of money. Women have this right in public: they can scope out a man and make sound judgments based off available information before making a emotional or monetary investment. It makes sense why other apps don’t do the same and blur people out behind a pay wall: it’s because it doesn’t make sense. You want to entice people to spend the money. Blurring my face or their face doesn’t draw attention. It makes people look elsewhere. This is a digital era and digital dating doesn’t work all that well so why complicate things by blurring faces and locking it behind pay walls.
