Let me say best banking app ever- my only complaint is the newest update. What made y’all make fifty more steps to get to the lock and unlock card feature? It was just fine where it was. now I have people staring at me annoyed in the grocery line because it’s taking so long to get to where I need to unlock my card. Just put it back there was nothing wrong with it being at the ready!

I cannot get an account with Chime because someone stole my identity and opened a Chime account in my name customer service refused to help me I have tried to tell them but they refused to help even though I told them I never had an account to begin with, when someone steals your identity it’s a major migraine, no one helps. Especially Chime, no matter what I told them they won’t let me have an account had the audacity to send me a card I can’t use. Bummer, they get no stars from me. Sincerely, Refuse To Help

I love chime. It’s fast and come and I always get my paycheck 2 days earlier. It also allows me to send money to family and friends who don’t have chime. I recommend it to everyone

I have had chime for 5 or more years and love it but this latest update they did on the app I do not like at all. I’m someone that keeps there bank card locked until I need it. And to manage that you have to go under 2 different menus it’s a pain and time consuming. It was straight forward and easy before this update. Not happy.

My Pay is not get paid when you want. Not reliable if you need extra funds at a certain time even though you are eligible for a certain amount. You are not eligible to receive funds when needed!

I Filed A Dispute Because Someone Hacked My Phone And Transferred Money To Applepay. I Tried To Explain In My Defense That, I’m Disabled And Therefore An Easy Target To Be Taken Advantage Of And Abused. And That, This Is What Happened In This Situation. My Dispute Was Denied And I’m Out Of Money That I Can’t Replace, This Is Unacceptable And Unprofessional, I’m A Victim In This Situation And Chime Has Victimized Me As Well.
