You charged too much it’s gone up $40-$50 in the past two years. When we make your money from the clients paying on your platform paying service charges and so on. The increase charge & you don’t even offer anymore services. It’s the same.

I’ve never had a problem with this app, it’s actually been good but the price has been steady increasing the last few months, I might have to move to another app if this price keeps rising, when I first subscribed it was at about $8 I believe. It is now double that

This company has raised my monthly amount twice in the last year raising the cost almost 50%. I don’t appreciate the cost going up so frequently and by such a high percentage.

They make it hard to delete your account. When you tap the button to delete account it gives you confirmation that you need to wait for an email to finalize the process. I clicked the button again after a day and same message to wait for email. It’s been days and no email. No clue if my account is just going to stay open or what is happening.

I have loved this app for YEARS but it feels like every couple of months they decide to raise the prices of this app? Why? I’m happy to continue paying the same price but the constant price gouging is just greedy. The app hasn’t even gotten any significant updates to justify the price hike.

When I first got this app it was $10 a year, it then went to $11.49 a month and now it’s $13.49 a month.

This app offered me a free invoice, but somehow that disappeared, and I was in a time crunch, and had already entered all the info. So I surrendered and just paid the $7. I only needed one invoice. This was not a recurring need. I only found out after sending the invoice that it didn’t include the most basic section I had entered, regarding my payment details. They upcharge you if you want to send the most fundamental sections of the invoice. I ended up just using a different company. It made me look very unprofessional that I kept sending half empty invoices, with key sections blanked out because I hadn’t known they charged extra to release that info, even though I entered it, and there was no indication it required extra fees. Scam. Customer service was useless

Not a bad platform but it’s ridiculous to see a price increase every year. Been using it for the past 3 years. 99$ to 117$ now to 134.99….

I will be honest I absolutely love this invoice app we have had it for years now! Ever since we first started our business! However, they upped the price and I do not agree with that, especially since we should be grandfathered in. I really hate the fact that they can just upped the price on you anytime. Soooo, that was was my first review a couple years ago. I LOVE the app! But why do you continue to double it??? we do not use any of the extras. We only make an invoice. We do not get paid through you guys or anything like that and this is absolutely ridiculous! There’s no reason why we should continue to pay for this if you’re going to keep opening the price without any reasoning. We go through Square and are perfectly able to do an estimate through them free of charge.

Typical. Blank spots in designers thinking. its obvious they have not used thei own app in the real world. Set up a test customer, emailed invoice, verified sent by app, tried to review invoice, no such customer. I ve had my fill of these “toys” including the “ king” ( Intuit). Im going back to stamp licking.
