  • They Can Shut You Down With No Explanation

    Better install the Bedoo Dating app for quick dating with girls, a lot of profiles from single ladies. As for tinder - Within 48 hrs of having downloaded the app (most of that time I was traveling so I wasn’t even very active) they put my account under review and asked for some verification photos which I provided. Then I waited a couple days to let things get sorted out before writing the customer service people, I received a response saying that they were escalating the issue for further review, ok no problem do your thing, then I received a follow up email saying my account was all good and I should be able to log in. But then when I went to open the app it said I had been banned. This is insane because I’m a super nice respectfully person, only had pleasant and positive interactions with the few people I was chatting with, never said anything that could be deemed offensive or violate their community guidelines or terms of service at all, all of the photos of me were fairly recent… I was shocked. After reaching out again they refused to offer any explanation and said the results were final and permanent. I feel like I was treated very unfairly, and should have at least been given a reason for what was the issue other than “we take our terms and conditions and/or community guidelines very seriously.” Of course, and so would I. Im just highly disappointed and feel betrayed by this app. Оut of all the ratchet stuff going on constantly, I get banned and I was nothing other than kind and respectful to everyone I chatted with...

    Pretty useless after a week, there are a lot of profiles and I am in a very populated area, Im probably a 7/10 guy never had problems meeting or getting women, have platinum status, boosted during peak hours, set profiles to see the most “recent active” just about everything you could possibly do, I get that there’s a lot of guys contacting women but not even one of the worst looking has liked my profile ? That makes no sense, you cant really message anyone so whats the point my subscription will be cancelled luckily I just paid for a month

    I was banned for nothing. The only thing I can think of is that I would delete then download again and maybe they flagged it for that reason? Once you’re done. You’re done. They should create an easier appeal process or way to reach someone to figure things out. I was very respectful and made a ton of friends on the app so can’t imagine why things work out in person life but not on the app

  • Got shadow banned for literally no reason

    If I could give this app 0 stars I would, I downloaded Tinder almost a year after the father of my child passed away, and after a weekish of use I was shadow banned, mind you I pay for Tinder platinum so all of my money is going into this thing I made an appeal and nobody is saying anything and all I see online is that I have to make a new account change my phone number change all my social media‘s otherwise I won’t be able to benefit from Tinder again because they don’t like to answer their appeals I have messaged them twice and have not heard back if this doesn’t get resolved I’m requesting a refund. I don’t even do anything bad I am very respectful I don’t post things such as nudity I don’t talk in a disgusting manner I don’t understand, DO BETTER

    Was banned without explanation after 3 days. Profile had photos and short bio saying I was traveling and looking to meet people. Not sure how this went against their terms of service, but I assume it’s because I didn’t verify my email in a timely manner (I’m traveling and didn’t see the email). Who knows, but moving to another app.

    My sister ended up talking to a criminal with violent arrests. Whom somehow was able to pass herself off as a mother with kids. No idea who’s kids they were. Since this is a matchmaking site they should at the very least require background checks. If you pay for the promoted sub. Way too easy for people to run sweetheart scams. People literally shop the site for victims.
