    Having struggled with mental health, hyper vigilance, finding out I’m autistic, and undergoing an introspective phase, this app has been phenomenal. Engaging with their tests allows it to alter according to your needs. On a day when I was feeling worthless, it popped up in beautiful contradiction telling me, “You are worthy”. It almost felt like a DM straight from the universe. I could not recommend this app enough and the price is well worth it.

    I am a 10 year old girl with severe GAD (generalized anxiety disorder) it's been tough but every single night useing this app has been very much helpfull it also helping me improve academicly how so you ask? A lot of that anxiety is test anxiety and this app ha helped me calm down and not stress so I would definitely recommend this app!!

    Meditation has always been an intriguing practice for me. I promise of Tranquility in the chaos of my daily life having embarked on this journey a month ago with a daily 20 minute session. I found myself in a profoundly different mental state. Here’s my comprehensive review based on various aspects of meditation experience. Technique and practice: I followed a guided meditation practice, focusing on mindfulness and math awareness, guidance where, close, concise and soothing, making it easy for a beginner like me to follow, along without feeling, overwhelmed session, often started with a brief introduction to the days, followed by deep, breathing exercises, and then a period of silence meditation. The technique was simple, powerful by concentrating on my breath, and bringing my mind back whenever it wandered I learned to observe my thoughts without a judgment. This practice wasn’t easy at first as my mind intended to race with every day worries and plans however, with consistent effort, I began to notice a significant improvement in my ability to focus and state present. Physical and mental benefits: The most immediate benefit I noticed, was improving in my sleep, quality on the sleep became easier and the rest I got more refreshing. Additionally, my overall stress level during the day seem to decrease situations that would typically trigger anxiety became more manageable as I learned to approach them with a calmer, more centered mindset on a physicallevel the deep breathing exercises improved my lung capacity and respiratory efficiency I also observed that a decrease in muscle tension, particularly around my neck and shoulders areas where I hold a lot of stress Challenges: the journey wasn’t without its challenges establishing a day practice required discipline and commitment, especially on busy days when meditation just felt like another task on my to do list additionally, learning to reserve my thoughts without it engaging with a skillet that took time to develop there was days and I felt like me I made no progress at all which was discouraging. Community and support: Although from the app, I joined a local meditation group that met weekly which was invaluable keeping me motivated and committed sharing experiences and challenged with others on the same path provided as a sense of community and support that I would have otherwise, the group sessions also introduced me to different meditation techniques which kept the practice fashion, engaging Conclusion: My meditation journey has been transformative, bringing a sense of calmness and clarity that benefited my body both and mental and physical health while it requires dedication and practice that rewards are well worth the effort I highly recommend meditation to anyone looking to find peace in the hustle and the soul of modern life. The key is patience and consistency the benefits through the subtle at first over time into something truly profound.
