One Common Billing System (OCBS) is an initiative by Treasury Department, Ministry of Finance & Economy to help ease the Government’s revenue collection process and at the same time to provide convenience for the public in making payment online. If you have a bill issued by one of the departments registered to OCBS, and have already registered at e-Darussalam, then you can login to the Mobile App to view & pay your bills. The Mobile App allows you to: - Login to the One Common Billing System platform - Securely return to a session using FaceID or TouchID - QR code scanning of an Invoices - Ability to view and pay your Agreements and Invoices - See your OCBS Transaction History - Print and share PDF versions of Invoices and Receipts - Update, Add and Verify contact details within the One Common Billing System platform
