Just like everyone else is stating. This app worked fine enough until iOS 18 update now it’s in the background being a battery hog. I’ll have to deal with spam until it’s fixed.

App still needs more work on alerting you on phone calls, text messages, scammers trying to get money from your bank. As well as phone mirroring, and changing vpn more often

The app was freezing when I tried to look at text settings so I tried to reinstall and it just spins and spins. I got the same errors that others were getting and turned off my WiFi like suggested. No change. ATT is such a disappointment.

This used to work well years ago, but now it doesn’t even recognize me tapping a button to confirm which plan I want. If I can’t get past this, what’s the point? I can’t even get into the app to use it!

I have been trying to install the app but it simply will not install on my iPhone. Recently upgraded to iPhone 16 Pro running IOS 18. No joy. It continues to hang midway and will not install. ATT has no fix. Went to ATT store. Girl just shrugged her shoulders and showed me her phone with same issue. She laughed. I don’t find this funny.

I like the fact that I get notice that info has been breached, but little to no information of what to do about it.
  • Unstable Calls/Text feature

I like the ability to block and send calls to voice mail (or drop completely) with this app. Tends to work well. However, I recently noticed several political spam calls coming through - went into the app and the Calls & Texts box randomly shows as inactive. Accessing that section it says that I’m not on AT&T’s network. Like wth, I’ve been with A&T for years, that’s not possible. The first time I disabled my VPN and it seemed to then decide to play nice with me (magically I’m back on their network). Just now it did the same thing to me. I went in to disable my VPN, decided not to because of the area I’m in, and then re-accessed it. Magically, again, I’m suddenly back on their network. Not sure why this feature is so unstable - but it’s really annoying and I hope they can troubleshoot and fix it. Hate to go back over to a different call blocker app - but I will if it doesn’t get resolved out.
